TN1W6-1600 intelligent universal circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as circuit breaker), suitable for AC 50Hz rated voltage 400V, 690V rated current 200 ~ 1600A power distribution network is mainly used to distribute power and protect the line and power supply equipment from overloads, short circuits, under-voltage, single-phase grounding and other fault hazards. Under normal conditions, it can be used for infrequent switching of lines and infrequent starting and protection of motors. The circuit breaker has a variety of intelligent protection functions. The selective protection can precisely improve the reliability of power supply and avoid unnecessary power failure.
1、Uses and Scope of Application
TN1W6-1600 intelligent universal circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as circuit breaker), suitable for AC 50Hz rated voltage 400V, 690V rated current 200 ~ 1600A power distribution network is mainly used to distribute power and protect the line and power supply equipment from overloads, short circuits, under-voltage, single-phase grounding and other fault hazards. Under normal conditions, it can be used for infrequent switching of lines and infrequent starting and protection of motors. The circuit breaker has a variety of intelligent protection functions. The selective protection can precisely improve the reliability of power supply and avoid unnecessary power failure. The circuit breaker has isolation function symbolized as "".
The technical performance of the circuit breaker conforms to GB14048.2 "Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear part 2 circuit breakers".
IEC60947-2 "Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear part 2 circuit breakers" and other standards.

2L2 basic protection
Overload long delay + short-circuit instantaneous 2L3 selective protection: overload long delay + short-circuit short delay + short-circuit instantaneous 2[4 selective protection + grounding protection: overload long delay + short-circuit short delay + short-circuit instantaneous + grounding protection current vectors and methods).
The M-type intelligent controller adopts push-button setting to adjust various protection parameters, and digital tube display to show various data protection functions.
2.1.7 Intelligent controller performance
a) with overload long time delay reverse delay, short circuit short time delay, short circuit instantaneous, single-phase grounding and other protection functions can be set by the user to form the desired protection characteristics
b) single-phase grounding protection according to the three-phase current and neutral current vector sum protection
c) Display function: load current light bar, MCU operation monitoring.
d)Alarm function overload pre-warning
e) self-test function overheating protection microcomputer self-diagnosis, AD conversion self-test, EPROM self-test
f) test function to verify the operating characteristics of the controller
g) Fault memory function to check the heating degree of the line or equipment to check the fault current, delay time and fault status.
h) MCR and overrun trip function When there is a fault current in the main circuit of the circuit breaker, the circuit breaker shall act instantaneously at the moment of closing as long as there is a fault current in the main circuit and it is greater than the short delay setting value. 2L2 does not have this function
i) Setting function: Use coding switch, toggle switch or push button to set the current and time.
j) Contact output function The circuit breaker has four contact outputs: overload alarm, ground alarm, self-diagnostic alarm and OCR fault release alarm.
3、Normal Operating Condition
3.1 Ambient air temperature
3.1.1. Upper limit not more than +40℃
3.1.2 Lower limit not less than -5℃

1, the lower limit value of -10 ℃ or -25 ℃ working conditions in the order the user must declare to the manufacturer
2, the upper limit value exceeds +40 ℃ or the lower limit value is lower than -25 ℃ working conditions the user should consult with the manufacturer.
3.2 Altitude
The altitude of the installation site should not exceed 2000m.
3.3 Atmospheric conditions
Atmospheric relative humidity in the surrounding air temperature of +40 ℃ does not exceed 50%, in the lower temperature can have a higher relative humidity in the wet months of the average relative humidity of 90% at the same time, the month's average monthly low temperature of +25 ℃ and take into account the temperature changes occurring due to condensation on the product surface

3.5 Installation category
The installation category of the main circuit of the circuit breaker is Class IV. The installation category of the auxiliary circuits is subclass, except for the undervoltage detent coil and the primary coil of the power transformer, which are the same as the main circuit of the circuit breaker.

3.7 Installation conditions
The circuit breaker shall be installed in accordance with the installation requirements of the installation and use instructions. The vertical inclination of the circuit breaker shall not exceed 5°.
4、Technical Data and Performance
4.1 The current ratings of the circuit breakers are shown in Table 1. Table 1
4.2 Rated insulation voltage of the circuit breaker 690V Rated operating voltage 400V, 690V.
4.3 The rated short-circuit breaking capacity of the circuit breaker shall be not less than 2.1Icu.

5.11 Circuit breaker ground fault protection mode is shown in Figure 4 (four types)
The controller is divided into two different protection modes - one is the difference type T controller according to the three-phase current and neutral current vector and protection according to the number of circuit breakers are divided into 3PT, 4PT3 3P + N T three forms are shown in the figure below a, b, c. The other way for the ground current type w controller directly take the mains neutral and ground between an additional current transformer output current signals for protection Transformer Between the N line and PE line see Figure d below.
