TN1W3 Series Intelligent Universal Low Voltage Circuit Breakers (hereinafter referred to as circuit breakers) are suitable for AC 50Hz, rated voltage up to 690V and below, rated current 400A~ 6300A in the power distribution network, used for distributing electric energy and protecting the lines and power supply equipments from the hazards of overloading, under-voltage, short-circuit, single-phase grounding and other faults. The circuit breaker has intelligent protection function and precise selective protection, which can improve the reliability of power supply and avoid unnecessary power failure. Meanwhile, with open communication interface, it can carry out four remotes to meet the requirements of centralized control center and automation system.
1、Applications and Scope of Use
TN1W3 Series Intelligent Universal Low Voltage Circuit Breakers (hereinafter referred to as circuit breakers) are suitable for AC 50Hz, rated voltage up to 690V and below, rated current 400A~6300A in the power distribution network, used to distribute power and protect the lines and power supply equipments from the hazards of overloading, undervoltage, short-circuit, single-phase grounding and other faults. The circuit breaker has intelligent protection function and precise selective protection, which can improve the reliability of power supply and avoid unnecessary power outage. Meanwhile with open communication interface, it can be four remote to meet the requirements of centralized control center and automation system. The circuit breaker has an impulse withstand voltage of 8000V at an altitude of 2000 meters above sea level (corrected according to standards for different altitudes, not exceeding 12000V). The circuit breaker without intelligent disconnector and sensor can be used as isolator, labeled as "".
The circuit breaker conforms to GB14048.2 Low-voltage Circuit Breakers for Low-voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment and IEC947-2 Circuit Breakers for Low-voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment and other standards.

2.3 Types of detent
Intelligent overcurrent controller, undervoltage instantaneous (or delayed) disconnectors, shunt disconnectors.
2.4 Intelligent overcurrent controller performance.
a. Intelligent controller is divided into: H-type (for communication), M-type (general intelligent), L-type (economic).
b. Overload with a long delay inverse time, short delay inverse time, fixed time, instantaneous function. It can be set by the user to compose the required protection characteristics.

3、Normal Operating Conditions and Installation Conditions
3.1 Surrounding air temperature
The upper limit value is not more than +40℃, the lower limit value is not less than -5℃, and the average value of 24h is not more than +35℃.
Note:The lower limit value is - 10 ℃ or - 25 ℃ working conditions, the user should be affirmed with the factory.

3.2 The altitude of the installation site does not exceed 2000m.

The circuit breaker shall be installed according to the requirements of this instruction manual, and the vertical inclination of the circuit breaker shall not exceed 5° (the inclination of the mining circuit breaker shall not exceed 15°).
