TN1M7LE series electronic earth leakage circuit breakers (hereinafter referred to as circuit breakers) are suitable for AC 50Hz, rated working voltage 400V, rated current 63A to 800A three-phase four-wire neutral point directly grounded (TT system) in the distribution network, used to provide indirect contact protection, to prevent fire hazards due to insulation damage caused by the generation of ground fault current. It can also be used to distribute power and for infrequent line switching and infrequent motor starting. The circuit breaker adopts microprocessor controller and has three-stage protection characteristics. It has overload long delay protection, short circuit short delay protection and short circuit instantaneous protection. Residual current action protection, over-voltage protection, under-voltage protection, three-phase unbalance, phase failure protection and zero-break protection, etc. The parameters of each protection characteristic can be adjusted to meet the requirements of different protection characteristics. In addition, the circuit breaker has a fault record query function.
The product with 485 communication meets the communication protocol of DL/T 645 molded case circuit breaker; the communication protocol can also be customized according to customer requirements.
The circuit breaker complies with the standard: GB/T 14048.2-2020/IEC60947-2:2019.
Normal Conditions of Use and Installation
● Altitude not exceeding 2000m;
● Ambient air temperature: -5℃ ~ +40℃;
● Relative humidity at the installation site should not exceed 50% at an ambient air temperature of +40°C. Higher relative humidity is possible at lower temperatures, with a monthly average maximum relative humidity of 90% in the wettest month, and special measures should be taken for occasional condensation due to temperature changes;
● Pollution level: pollution level 3
● The installation category of the main circuit of the circuit breaker is III, and the installation category of the remaining auxiliary circuits and control circuits is II;
● The installation place of the circuit breaker is suitable for electromagnetic environment A;
● The circuit breaker is installed in a place where there is no danger of explosion and no electrically conductive dust, and where the medium is not sufficient to corrode the metal and damage the insulation;
● The circuit breaker is installed in a place where it is not exposed to rain or snow;
● The circuit breaker shall not be inverted, i.e. only "1, 3, 5" shall be connected to the power supply and "2, 4, 6" shall be connected to the load.

Note 1: N-pole type designation in four-pole products
Type A: N pole is not installed with overcurrent tripter, and N pole is always on, not combined with other poles.
Type B: N pole is not installed with overcurrent detent, and N pole is combined and divided with other three poles (N pole is combined first and then divided);
