TN1M5 series molded case circuit breakers (hereinafter referred to as circuit breakers) is one of the circuit breakers developed by our company by adopting design and manufacturing technology. Its rated insulation voltage is 800V, applicable to AC 50Hz/60Hz, rated working voltage 690V and below (CMPM3-63 is 400V), rated working current up to 800A for infrequent switching and motor protection (rated current >630A without motor protection) in the circuit. The circuit breaker has overload, short-circuit and under-voltage protection functions, which can protect the line and power equipment from damage.

◇ TN1M5 series molded case circuit breakers (hereinafter referred to as circuit breakers) is one of the circuit breakers developed by our company with the adoption of design and manufacturing technology. Its rated insulation voltage is 800V, applicable to AC 50Hz/60Hz, rated working voltage 690V and below (CMPM3-63 is 400V), rated working current up to 800A for infrequent switching and motor protection in circuits (rated current >630A without motor protection). The circuit breaker has overload, short-circuit and under-voltage protection functions, which can protect the line and power equipment from damage.
◇ Circuit breakers are classified into four types, namely, C type (basic type), L type (standard type), M type (higher interrupting type) and H type (high interrupting type), according to the level of their rated short-circuit breaking capacity (Icu). The circuit breaker is characterized by small size, high breaking capacity, short flying arc (zero flying arc in some specifications), vibration resistance, etc. ◇ The circuit breaker can be installed vertically.
◇ This circuit breaker can be installed vertically (i.e. vertical installation) or horizontally (i.e. horizontal installation).
◇ This circuit breaker has isolation function, and its corresponding symbol is: 。
◇ The circuit breaker meets the requirements of GB14048.2 standard.
Normal Conditions of Use and Installation
◇ The surrounding air temperature is -5℃ -+40℃;
◇ The altitude of the installation place does not exceed 2000m above sea level;
◇ The relative humidity of the air at the installation site does not exceed 50% at a temperature of +40℃, and may be higher at lower temperatures, for example, 90% at 20℃. Measures should be taken against occasional condensation due to temperature changes;
◇ The pollution level is 3;
◇ The circuit breaker can withstand mechanical vibration with frequency of 2Hz~13.2Hz, displacement of ±1mm and frequency of 13.2Hz~100Hz, acceleration of ±0.7g as required by GB/T2423.10 test;
◇ The installation category of main circuit of circuit breaker is Ⅲ, and the installation category of the remaining auxiliary circuits and control circuits is Ⅱ;
◇ The circuit breaker is applicable to electromagnetic environment A;
◇ The humid-heat belt type (TH type) circuit breaker passes the test requirements of GB/T2423.4 and can withstand the influence of humid air, salt spray, oil mist and mold;
◇ The circuit breaker shall be installed in a place free from danger of explosion and conductive dust, sufficient to corrode metal and destroy insulation;
◇ The circuit breaker shall be installed in a place free from rain and snow;
◇ Storage conditions; ambient air temperature of -40℃ ~+70℃.
